Clean

Do nothing out of selfish ambition or vain conceit, but in humility consider others better than yourselves. Each of you should look not only to your own interests, but to the interests of others.  - Philippians 2:2–4

When a person or topic is a particularly sensitive trigger for comparison, it’s going to take more than polite words of celebration to clean out your heart.  

First figure out what triggers comparison in your life. Then, come up with a plan to combat it when it shows up.
